Position: RCC Training Coordinator

Position Summary: The Training Coordinator (TC) is a critical position and is responsible for the DoD and USSOCOM mandated training requirements for all WCP personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a modified caseload. Perform all responsibilities and tasks as an RCC as it relates to the modified case load maintained.
  • Track completion of training as required by WCP policies and procedures. Maintain training database.
  • Develop training schedules for incoming personnel.
  • Coordinate training for conferences and meetings.
  • Serve as a SME in the CRP process.
  • Develop training that is synchronized with CRP requirements.
  • Suggest edits to WCP database to ensure data is captured as directed by WCP policies and procedures.
  • Provide written recommendations to the Government for programmatic improvements.
  • Oversee training requirements for WCP personnel.
  • Develop and track training schedules.
  • Provide recommendations for program improvements.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess current TOP SECRET clearance
  • 8 years of SOF experience
  • 8 years of RCC or Case Management Experience
  • Military experience (senior-level SOF or Medical NCO) and familiarity with DoD and VA medical systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience in training development, assessment, and execution.
  • Effective written and oral communications skills.
