JOB OVERVIEW

Crossroads is seeking a Landscape Laborer for one of our clients. The landscape oversees Team Members to ensure a safe and efficient execution of the day’s work, and on-site interaction with clients.

Job Responsibilities

-Meet with owner when necessary to review the day’s work and check-in with Team Members.

-Organize tools for the day; help safely load truck/trailer; drive truck.

-Organize the job requirements, make duty assignments, and manage crew performance.

-Throughout the day, review work progresses to make certain that tasks are being correctly and efficiently.

-Make certain that all tools and other equipment is safely loaded onto the truck/trailer.

-Offload tools, equipment, materials, and debris as appropriate; make note of Team Member departure time(s).

Qualifications

-Must have knowledge to run all equipment.

-Perform all of the duties of a Team Member.

-Have good communications skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

-Must be reliable and have the ability to learn quickly in order to handle a variety of different landscaping tasks.

-Must be ready to work in all seasonal weather conditions and be prepared for the physical aspects of the landscaping trade.

-Must have transportation to our facility in upper Montgomery County, and a clean driving record. Tobacco, drug and alcohol-free workplace.
